Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) suspended actress Nneoma Ukpabi, the Chairman of the Imo State chapter of the AGN on Monday 24th October 2022, over allegations of fraud and torture of wannabe actress, Favour Ugemega.

Favour Ugemega had accused Nneoma Ukpabi of collecting N400,000 from her as AGN registration fee and also promised to take her abroad. Nneoma Ukpabi allegedly locked her up and tortured her when she demanded that her 400,000 thousand Naira be refunded to her.

The President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Emeka Rollas suspended her, thus:

“Few hours ago I got this report about how this lady was treated I followed the matter up through the Delta state chairman to draw a conclusion that the boys were complicit with Nneoma on this matter.
